    • Free Replacement:We provide a 24-month free replacement for all products purchased from noxtonproducts.com .This means that if your product experiences a covered defect within 24 months of purchase, we will replace it with a new one of the same model.
    • Return Window:You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to return it for a full refund. If you experience a covered defect within 24 months of purchase, you may be eligible for a free replacement instead of a refund.

    When returning/exchanging please keep the following in mind:

    Eligible Items

    • Unused items that are in their original condition, including all packaging and instructions.
    • Slightly used items that have been used for a short period of time for testing or display purposes, but are still in good condition.

    Return process
